I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance directly.

My focus is on providing you quality care and great outcomes, not on insurance billing but I am happy to provide you a special receipt to submit to insurance for reimbursement for physical therapy.

Craniosacral therapy is not covered by insurance.
